Christmas

We unfortunately are not good at taking pictures so I only have a couple to share for our Christmas this year. We spent our Christmas up at the Norton's. (Michael's sister Kelly and her family) We had a wonderful time! The kids were so fun to watch opening all their gifts. We are glad we were there to see their all their excitement! My gift to Michael this year was a new set of the new Spanish Bible with a matching Book of Mormon. I had my dad make him a leather case for it and had him carve in Joseph Smith's first vision on one side, and on the other side Lehi's vision of the Tree of Life. I must say my dad is pretty talented! Michael surprised me when we got home with a beautiful Keyboard Piano!!! I was so surprised and excited! What a perfect gift! I have spent tons of time on it and am so happy to have a piano in my own home again!

Wedding Traditions

We decided to keep the 1 year tradition of having one last bite from your wedding cake. We heard that it would be nasty but we went ahead and ate some! This was a piece of cake from our wedding. We don't know about everyone else's experience but ours turned out just fine. Our cake still tasted delicious! But we decided just the one bite was enough for us :)

Happy Anniversary!

We celebrated our First Anniversary the beginning of this year!!! What a wonderful year it has been for us! We are still happy and excited to be married. We were able to celebrate with our friends Scott and Sarah, who share the same wedding date as us. We went to Disney Land and had such a blast! Here are some pictures we wanted to share!

On our way to the Muppet show, Michael and I decided to show off some of our strength.
Michael chose to use his head while I chose the fists. We both decided to finish off the wall with awesome back kicks but it looks more like I'm kicking the wall while Michael is attacking me.

Michael loves legos! We were very impressed with these large lego statues! This was our last adventure in DisneyLand. But before we left Michael had a few words for Darth Vader.
